  • Ensure all tags, labels, and packaging are returned exactly as received.
  • Worn, washed, or altered items are not eligible for return.
  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support.
  • Items failing to meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

    How to Initiate a Return
  1. Submit Your Request

  2. Provide Supporting Images

    • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, attach clear photos to expedite processing.
       
  3. Follow Return Instructions

    • Once your request is approved, we will provide step-by-step instructions to complete the return.

Note: Returns that do not follow these guidelines may be rejected.

Refund Process & Timeline
